Decorate custom UNRL apparel with your team's logo! We have a variety of logo decoration options for branded UNRL shirts, polos, jackets, hats, layering styles. Below is an overview of these decoration methods, the benefits of each, and ideas for your custom UNRL apparel.
Direct Embroidery
Because of the unique polyester blends used in UNRL products, this is the most common and recommended decoration method. Our team uses high quality digitizing software that will ensure a high-quality logo design and application to represent your brand. We recommend no more than 6 thread colors for your logo and pricing includes 1 logo sized at approximately 3”w. Our team sizes all logos based on the product purchased. Logo size and placement may slightly vary to ensure the best overall outcome.

3D Puff
3D Puff embroidery is a satin stitch, applied over a piece of fabric, creating a raised look that is slightly different from direct embroidery. Because of this two-step process, there are logo limitations for size and spacing of your design. For the best outcome, extra spacing is required and a line cannot exceed 1/3” thick. Small text and large fill areas do not work well for 3D Puff decoration and our team recommends a 1-2 color logo. This decoration method contains minimums, will incur additional fees, and is not available on all items. Contact our team for more information!
One Color Silicone Transfer
Silicone Vinyl Transfers are a 1 color, matte finish print method best suited for simple logos that are applied with a heat press. This method is stretchable, with good recovery and has a flat silicone feel. This decoration method contains minimums, will incur additional fees and is not available on all items.
